  3. Finalize the Details: Schedule a free call with us to discuss your vision for the event. We’ll provide a detailed summary of your event and send an official invoice for your review and payment.

  4. Enjoy the Event: Sit back and relax while we handle the hosting. Get ready for a fun and memorable experience with your guests!

Important Details

  • Scheduling: Virtual Game On! Events must be scheduled at least 4 days in advance. For the best availability, we recommend scheduling 7–10 days ahead.

  • Host Access: Your host will need to be assigned as the host or co-host of the meeting to share the game’s screen and audio seamlessly.

  • Host Arrival: Expect your host to join 5–10 minutes before the scheduled start time to ensure everything is set up properly.

  • Participant Usernames: Please ensure all participants set their online usernames to their first and last names for ease of identification during the event.

  • Final Attendee List: Provide the final number of attendees, along with their names, at least 12 hours before the event.

Policies & Agreements

  • Payment Deadline: Full payment is due 48 hours before your event. Invoices will be sent within 24–48 hours of event confirmation.

  • Refunds: Refunds are allowed if requested at least 48 hours before the event.

  • Technical Issues: Game On! is not responsible for interruptions caused by internet connectivity, platform outages, or technical issues outside our control.

  • Participant Conduct: All participants must engage respectfully and follow the host’s instructions. Disruptive behavior may result in the session being terminated without a refund.

  • Platform Compatibility: Ensure your chosen platform (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams) supports all required features for the games (screen share, breakout rooms, etc.).

  • Event Timing: Events will begin and end at the scheduled time. Extensions may not be possible due to other bookings.
